An opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor Trainee based at our Worthing location.
The role enables the successful applicant to learn the Dinnages parts process.
Building and maintaining good customer relationships and an attention to detail are key, a friendly and understanding approach, with excellent team working skills essential.
Duties (including but not limited to):

Receiving inbound calls from customers

Providing efficient, good quality customer service

Updating internal records and systems
-
Maintaining stock
-
Assisting with parts queries and order
-
Assisting the Parts Manager as required
The successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

Passion for customer service delivery

Commitment to working within a team to deliver the very best results

Confident, professional telephone manner

Ability to listen, communicate and build rapport with customers.

Ability to take on board product and process knowledge and apply it quickly

Ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple computer systems
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience and responsibility.
