Parts Manager, Worthing

An opportunity has arisen for a Parts Manager working at our Worthing branch.

The role enables the successful applicant to learn the parts process for both Ford and MG, building knowledge of all aspects of Aftersales at our busy Parts department supplying our own workshops alongside local Dinnages trade customers.

Building good customer relationships and an attention to detail are key, with a friendly and understanding approach, with excellent team working skills essential.

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Receiving inbound calls from customers
• To provide efficient, good quality customer service
• Updating internal records and systems
• Maintaining stock
• Assisting with parts queries and orders
• Assisting the Service Manager as required

The successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

• Passion for customer service delivery
• Commitment to working within a team to deliver the very best results
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Ability to listen, communicate and build rapport with customers
• Ability to take on board product and process knowledge and apply it quickly

Experience working within the Parts department in an automotive dealership preferred.
