We are seeking a Ford Sales Advisor to join our established and successful team at Dinnages.
The successful candidate will need the right attitude to help our customers find the best vehicle to suit their needs and positively advocate the brand.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Provide great customer service

Build and maintain strong lasting customer relationships

Meet customer needs/expectations

Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy

Negotiate and close sales

Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service

Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
-
Approachable
-
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
-
Ideally from a previous customer service role
-
Able to work effectively within a team
Package:
-
Salary: £17,000 + Uncapped Commission (Achievable OTE £40,000+)

Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, with entitlement to one day off in the week. Saturday 08.30 to 18.00

Car: Company vehicle provided. Age restrictions may apply

Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
