Service & Warranty Administrator, Haywards Heath

An opportunity has arisen for Service & Warranty Administrator for the Dinnages dealership group, based at our head office at Haywards Heath.
 
With a methodical approach and eye for detail you will be supporting the Group Warranty Manager in a vital role, processing, submitting and tracking warranty claims.
 
A team player who can help out with other various service duties. The role requires communication with Manufacturers represented by Dinnages. Further you will be required to maintain a good professional relationship and assist Technicians, Workshop Control and Service personnel with warranty queries. 
 
The role requires the successful candidate to: 
  

  • Ensure all warranty Job Cards are written to comply with warranty procedures and advise of any concerns.
  • Retain any defective parts, administer and arrange return as required/requested.
  • Keep up to date with changes in warranty process and ensure that relevant parties are advised.
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Assist with service reception duties

 
And will be able to:

  • Understand and follow manufacturers warranty repair processes exactly.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms
  • Be computer literate and able to learn new systems and processes

  
Existing automotive technological knowledge is preferred for this role, with previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
